Do you have a TU/e student number? You only have a TU/e student number if you have been enrolled at TU/e. You will have received this student number via e-mail. Please note: your student number is not the number printed on your campus card.

Click on the link 'Change username/Password forgotten?' and follow the instructions on that page to receive a new username and password (in case you do not yet have an Osiris Application account or if you have forgotten your username and/or password).

* fill out the required personal details exactly as printed on your passport or ID.

* only create a new Osiris account if you are absolutely sure you do not have a TU/e student number.
